the rooms might be decent, but my expectations for a free parking were dashed, just another overlooked detail. and let’s not ignore that towel with an odor that was definitely not hotel-worthy. i was thinking of leaving a nice review, but then i asked for a simple welcome gift and was met with silence.

missingWrote a review on Nov 09nice ambiancecomfortable roomshidden fees
The hotel features well-constructed rooms with a nice ambiance that enhances the overall stay.
The towel had a strong, unpleasant odor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, amenities like the fitness center and sauna also require additional fees per guest, which isn't mentioned upfront, and that felt misleading. Lastly, the management's approach to addressing concerns was quite unprofessional.

stylish, stylish, stylish
The stylish interior decor throughout the hotel, from the common areas to my suite. The massive bed was a dream come true, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Not to mention, the buffet breakfast included some of the best coffee I've ever had!

Hotel V1501 is stunningly designed, inspired by the Galeras Volcano. The decor captures local culture beautifully, and the extensive mural showcasing the Pastusa women and the vibrant carnival is breathtaking. The food represents the Andes' flavors remarkably well, especially the encocado soup.
None noted during my stay.

Nice Place, Could use Some TLC
The hotel is super pretty and comfy. It's in a killer spot. I had some issues with the TV and my safe being locked, and honestly, it was kinda frustrating having to sort it out myself. The in-room breakfast was tasty though. Wish staff was more helpful, that would make it top-notch!

Couple getaway worth considering
The hotel is super beautiful,, and the inner decor inspired by a volcano really stood out to me. I loved the mural showcasing the Pastusa culture, especially the vibrant representation of the crab from Tumaco, it was gorgeous and made my stay feel special.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but still acceptable for what I experienced.
